1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Security

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph563's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

ph563 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph563 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• Your account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to ph563, other players, or third parties.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account would expose ph563 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, ph563 will return any verified, unencumbered funds remaining in your account balance, less any amounts owed to ph563, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your ph563 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
